Chef Jamie Samford, former Winn Meat Company Corporate Chef and Sales and Marketing Manager, recently collaborated on a special dinner with Chef Kent Rathbun as an auction gift to March of Dimes Signature Chefs – Dallas. Chefs Samford and Rathbun prepared a Brazilian feast for auction winners Scott and Ellie Boxer.
