Bobby Valentine, baseball legend, former Texas Rangers manager and now analyst for ESPN’s Baseball Tonight and Sunday Night Baseball founded Bobby V’s in the 1980s. After starting a great idea and building it, Bobby sold the Arlington location in 2008 to now owner and general manager Dennis Stanczak, who has built the Arlington destination to be the big destination and fan home away from home that it is today.
