Winn Meat Company is please to announce that Tiffiany Darnell has joined the company as a liaison with the sales team and customers throughout Texas and the Southwest.
Tiffiany has a wonderful culinary background, having been trained at the Culinary Academy in Austin as a pastry chef. Even though she was focused on sweet recipes in school, she admits that her favorite classes were those that taught her how to cook fine proteins.
Her husband, Nicholas Pavageaux, is founder of Dallas’ Kozy Kitchen on McKinney. Tiffiany and Nicholas have a 5-month old son, Tristyn Dean, and live in Dallas.
Her favorite meat: filet mignon.
Susan Admire also has joined Winn Meat Company as Controller.
Susan comes to Winn Meat Company with a strong background in financial management of family owned businesses, having worked on major teams for such brands as KPMG and other leaders in the financial management industry.
A native of Houston, Susan relocated to the Dallas area to be closer to her daughter and her family. Susan has four wonderful grandchildren who are among her biggest fans!
In her spare time, Susan volunteers with the amazing not-for-profit agency, CASA (Court Appointed State Advocates). Volunteers like Susan help Dallas CASA to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children in protective care, to help them find safe, permanent homes.
We welcome both Tiffiany and Susan to the Winn Meat Company team, and look forward to their continued great contributions to our and our customers’ success.
